A Full Path of Care, From Detox to Step-Down Support

Lantana Recovery offers several levels of outpatient care so your treatment can match what you need now and adjust as you make progress.

Outpatient Detox

Medically supervised withdrawal management on an outpatient basis. If a higher level of detox is needed, we coordinate placement with a trusted partner facility.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our most structured level of care: full clinical days Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM, typically for four to six weeks.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Continued therapy and support while you return to work, school, and home life, typically for six to ten weeks.

Standard Outpatient (OP)

Step-down continuing care that helps you keep building on your progress after PHP or IOP.

Sober Living (Lantana Living)

Certified recovery residences staffed seven days a week, so you have a supportive, substance-free place to live during treatment.

DBT-Based Therapy

Programming built on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, with a dedicated therapist, psychiatric provider, and recovery manager on your care team.
